Ideally, this process involves the individually planned and systematically monitored arrangement of teaching procedures, adapted equipment and materials, and accessible settings. These interventions are designed to help individuals with special needs achieve a higher level of personal self-sufficiency and success in school and in their community.

Expressive language is a broad term that describes how a person communicates their wants and needs.
Receptive language describe the comprehension of language. Comprehension involves attention, listening, and processing the message to gain information. Areas of receptive language skills include: attention, receptive vocabulary, following directions, and understanding questions.
Social skills are key to developing and maintaining friendships. Social skills involve facilitating awareness and change in interactions based on general social rules and norms.
Behavior Modification, ABA therapy applies our understanding of how behavior works to real situations. The goal is to increase behaviors that are helpful and decrease behaviors that are harmful or affect learning.

Individualized ABA session; At Asian Public School we had individualized one to one session ABA session for special needs , where kids are taught different skills through play, modeling ,using different types of prompts.
Group sessions are designed to teach kids social skills, group activities etc.
At Asian public school / school , we had inclusion program for special needs kids where they can learn with other kids in a classroom setting.
The IEP is intended to help children reach educational goals more easily. The IEP describes how the student learns, how the student best demonstrates that learning and what teachers and service providers will do to help the student learn more effectively.
